Euro Truck Simulator 2 is a freight transport simulator by Czech studio SCS Software. Drive trucks and deliver cargo across European roads. Starting with a single truck, you build your own transport company: hire drivers, purchase garages, and expand your fleet. Released in 2012, ETS2 has received dozens of updates and DLCs, expanding the map from Portugal to Russia.
Map and DLCs
The base map covers Western and Central Europe. Paid DLCs significantly expand the geography: Going East adds Eastern Europe, Scandinavia covers the Nordic countries, Italia adds Italy, Beyond the Baltic Sea includes the Baltics and Finland, Road to the Black Sea covers Romania, Bulgaria, and Turkey, and Heart of Russia adds the European part of Russia. Each DLC adds thousands of kilometers of roads, new cities, and local landmarks.
Mods
The ETS2 community has created a massive modding library. Promods is a large-scale map expansion with detailed cities and roads. New truck models from various manufacturers are available, including models not in the base game. Sound mods enhance engine realism. Graphic mods add realistic lighting and weather effects. Trucks and Customization
