Choo-Choo Charles is an indie open-world horror game by developer Two Star Games. You arrive on a remote island terrorized by Charles, a giant spider-like train with razor-sharp teeth. Your only transportation is an old train that needs upgrading to face the threat.

Train-Based Gameplay

You traverse the island on your own train, controlling speed and direction across a branching rail network. The train can be equipped with a machine gun, rocket launcher, and other weapons to defend against Charles. Between rides, you explore on foot, complete quests for locals, and gather resources for upgrades.

Open World and Quests

The island is filled with locations to explore: abandoned mines, villages, caves, and military bases. Locals give quests with rewards including train parts and information about Charles. The atmosphere of constant threat persists as Charles roams the island freely and can appear at any moment.

Unique Antagonist

Charles is a free-roaming enemy that hunts the player across the world. His appearances are unpredictable, creating constant tension. As you progress, you learn about Charles's origins and prepare for the final confrontation with this creature.
